White Tea
Due to being picked early in the season, these leaves are covered in silky white hair and processed simply by open-air drying. This very minimally oxidized tea is exceptionally light in color and surprisingly floral in scent and taste. White tea is extraordinarily low in caffeine, having only 5% of what a cup of coffee contains, while still being high in antioxidants.
